Mobil Kontroll is a security and mobile device management solution from Telenor Norway which requires that your company has signed up for a Mobil Kontroll agreement.
The service helps configuring your mobile device with the apps and settings that are specified by your company. In addition, Mobil Kontroll helps securing your data. All content on a lost or stolen mobile phone can be deleted at any time by calling your IT administrator or Telenor Customer Services 09000.

- Ability to lock your mobile phone with a code if it is lost

Its not possible for any other party to extract information such as email, photos, or position data from the service.
NB: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Mobil Kontroll has been designed to minimize extra battery usage by running in the background for just a few seconds each time you request the device location.
